Where did June go??

June was a very busy month and just flew by! Here's what happened:
  • We went on vacation to Colorado
  • We had a garage sale with some friends
  • We celebrated Father's Day: farmer's market, Jethro's, and a picnic
  • We went to Aaron and Jillian's wedding
  • We ended the month with the Fourth of July Conference at Hidden Acres
Every weekend was filled with fun and we also announced that baby #3 is due to arrive on January 1st! Lots going on and we have been recovering this week. So happy that we didn't have to pack any suitcases this week :) I finally feel somewhat caught up after a couple months of feeling yucky and having so much going on!

July looks a little bit slower. We enjoyed the Fourth by going to a parade, having a quiet afternoon at home, grilling out, and then watching the fireworks. It was nice to just have a relaxing day as a family. I leave next week for another work trip to Orlando and then we can hopefully finish up the kitchen and enjoy the rest of summer.

Twins?

A weekend without the kids. Thanks Paul and Janis!

The only pic I have of the happy couple. They looked fabulous!

Delicious brunch the next morning. It was a really fun weekend!

The original kitchen when we moved in

We painted the kitchen, painted the cabinets, and put new floor tiles down when we moved in back in '07.

It was improved but still not enough cabinet/counter space and no dishwasher.

Our new kitchen! Ethan has done a great job and just needs to find some time to finish it up.

Some additional cabinet space which is great! We may add some more upper cabinets here if we decide we need them.

Still need to install the microwave, trim, hardware, and backsplash. The new appliances and flooring will have to wait until the budget allows. My favorite part so far- the dishwasher!! It saves me so much time.
